Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to design tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Facilitate individual and potentially family, couples, and group counseling sessions, drawing from your areas of expertise and training.

• Execute mental health screenings and evaluations to accurately identify treatment needs and monitor progress.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic support and share insights on patient progress and treatment adjustments.

• Remain abreast of current best practices in the field and engage in continuous education to enhance professional skills and service delivery.

• Complete all necessary documentation in compliance with organizational policies and state regulations, ensuring that all patient records are accurate and secure.

• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and training sessions to foster collaboration and share best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Clarity Happiness, you will work with a diverse population of individuals, including children, adolescents, couples, and families. Many of our clients are dealing with significant mental and behavioral health challenges, including those with co-occurring disorders. You will provide critical support for clients facing issues related to trauma, anxiety, depression, and substance abuse, helping them navigate their healing journeys in a compassionate and supportive environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in a relevant field, valid for licensure as a Mental Health Professional in Washington State (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW).

• Current and active licensure in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Social Work (LICSW).

• Demonstrated knowledge of effective therapeutic modalities and counseling techniques applicable to diverse client needs.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing therapeutic services, particularly to individuals with mental health challenges and co-occurring disorders.

• Proven experience delivering individual and group therapy, with a preference for those skilled in working with children, adolescents, and families.

Compensation and Benefits\n
