Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to provide care from wherever you are while still engaging meaningfully with patients through telehealth platforms. Our support and administrative teams work diligently to ensure that you can focus on what you do best: providing top-quality mental health therapy. Our regular work schedule is from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate patient needs. As a telehealth professional, you will be equipped with the latest technology to deliver care efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for patients to identify their unique needs, utilizing standardized instruments and interviews.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that integrate proven therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions that are tailored to the specific dynamics and challenges faced by your clients.
\n
• Facilitate supportive psychoeducational groups that help patients understand common mental health issues and foster community support.
\n
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and support staff, to ensure holistic patient care.
\n
• Offer crisis intervention and support in mental health emergencies, employing your skills to de-escalate situations effectively.
\n
• Educate patients regarding mental health disorders, available treatment options, coping strategies, and community resources to enhance their understanding and involvement in their care.

• Maintain accurate and complete patient records, ensuring confidentiality while abiding by legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in regular team meetings, case consultations, and professional development opportunities to improve treatment strategies and patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on adults and adolescents facing a wide array of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and substance use disorders. By utilizing a telehealth platform, you will have the opportunity to connect with individuals who may have limited access to in-person services, ensuring that quality mental health care is available to all.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHCA, or LMFT in Washington State is required.

• Demonstrable understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment practices.
\n
• Exceptional skills in conducting mental health assessments and formulating comprehensive treatment plans.

• Strong experience in delivering therapy to diverse populations through both individual and group settings.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients from variegated backgrounds.

• Strong ethical guidelines and professional boundaries; adept at maintaining confidentiality and privacy of patient information.

• Competence in electronic health record (EHR) systems and digital communication tools to enhance client connectivity.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
