Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify co-occurring disorders, tailoring treatment plans that reflect each client's unique background and therapeutic goals.

• Develop evidence-based treatment strategies that align with clients’ needs, employing a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions focused on addiction recovery, trauma healing, and the management of underlying mental health issues.

• Continuously monitor clients’ progress through consistent evaluations, adapting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective pathways to recovery.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and addiction specialists, to implement a coordinated approach to care that nurtures all aspects of the client’s health.

• Provide educational resources and workshops for clients and their families about mental health practices, addiction recovery processes, and healthy coping mechanisms.

Qualifications\n
