This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while contributing to patient care through telehealth. You will utilize video conferencing and telehealth platforms to conduct assessments, therapy sessions, and check-ins. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and evaluations, factoring in any co-occurring medical conditions that may impact mental health.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that merge psychiatric support with appropriate medical interventions.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapy modalities to foster client growth and resilience.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals who are affected by a variety of mental health challenges like anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and those managing chronic pain or autoimmune disorders. The successful candidate will be passionate about improving the quality of life for patients with complex needs and committed to helping them navigate their health journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Psychologist, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

• A background in treating individuals with co-occurring medical and psychiatric conditions is preferred.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on active listening and empathy.

• A strong adherence to maintaining professional boundaries and upholding ethical standards while ensuring patient confidentiality.

• Proficiency with electronic health record systems and telehealth technologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
