Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via secure video chat, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to enhance clients’ mental health.

• Serve as a strong client advocate by helping clients set realistic, tailored therapeutic goals and navigating their paths towards recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will primarily consist of stable adults with low acuity mental health challenges. All clients are pre-screened, ensuring that you will work with individuals who have manageable issues rather than severe mental health crises. We will carefully match you with clients based on your specialties and demographic preferences, allowing for meaningful therapeutic relationships and effective care.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Licensing: Candidates must hold a full license to practice independently without supervision as one of the following:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
\n
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)

• Note: We do not accept limited or provisional licenses, nor candidates with disciplinary actions on record.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
