Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve:

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs and developing effective treatment plans.

• Facilitating therapeutic sessions using a variety of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based practices, and other evidence-based interventions.

• Setting and monitoring therapeutic goals while tracking client progress through regular evaluations.

• Providing teletherapy to accommodate clients’ schedules and geographical locations, ensuring a responsive and adaptable service.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele facing a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Providing compassionate care in a non-judgmental manner is essential as you guide clients toward their goals of emotional wellness and resilience.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for the position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A current, state-issued license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in relevant fields, including Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to relate empathetically to clients.

• A strong personal commitment to promoting mental health awareness and addressing client needs compassionately.

• Superior organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively within a remote setting.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in outpatient therapy settings, particularly with teletherapy or group counseling, will stand out. Experience with specific populations, such as children, adolescents, or individuals with trauma histories, is preferred, as is familiarity with documentation and billing processes within outpatient practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Tree of Life Behavioral Supervision Techniques, Inc. offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually , commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to the monetary compensation, we provide:
