Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial comprehensive psychosocial assessments for clients, targeting the specific needs of each individual and their families.

• Engage in triage care and develop individualized treatment plans that align with the client’s goals and available resources.

• Maintain effective communication with colleagues regarding assessments, treatments, and case management during various meetings, including patient rounds.

• Provide psycho-education and interventions, utilizing methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) alongside other evidence-based practices.

• Actively participate in case management, collaborating with local hospitals and community professionals to offer comprehensive care solutions.

• Ensure all documentation is completed ethically, accurately, and in a timely manner, adhering to departmental standards.

• Seek opportunities to advocate for clients and their families, fostering a supportive network.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and families. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field is required.

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Ability to work flexibly, with availability to handle 10 to 40 hours (sessions) per week, or more as needed.

• Experience utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or similar evidence-based treatment methods.

• Prior work in an outpatient setting or with school-aged populations is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary of USD 60,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and credentials.
