Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to evaluate mental health conditions, emotional well-being, and the impact of environmental factors on their health.

• Develop personalized treatment plans through evidence-based therapeutic approaches, focusing on the client's unique needs and challenges.

• Facilitate referrals to additional healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and support groups, as necessary to support comprehensive treatment efforts.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The successful candidate will work primarily with adults who face a spectrum of mental health issues, including but not limited to, anxiety disorders, depression, substance use disorders, eating disorders, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

To succeed in this position, you must possess:

• A current and valid license as an LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, or LCSW-R in the state of New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n
