Your schedule will primarily be Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts to accommodate patient demands. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify the specific needs and challenges faced by children and adolescents.

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that take into account developmental milestones, family structures, and individual differences.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to effectively address mental health conditions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and play therapy.

• Facilitate family therapy sessions aimed at fostering supportive home environments, improving communication, and enhancing parental skills.

• Collaborate with child psychiatrists and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care that addresses all aspects of a patient's well-being.

• Respond to mental health crises with immediate intervention strategies, ensuring the safety and support of young individuals during challenging times.

• Educate patients and their families regarding mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources to promote informed decision-making.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with ethical standards while using electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient management of patient information.

• Engage in regular team meetings and case consultations to optimize treatment strategies and improve patient outcomes.

• Stay abreast of latest research and advancements in child and adolescent psychiatry to enhance personal practice and team knowledge.

This position focuses exclusively on providing mental health services to children and adolescents, diagnosing and treating an array of mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist.

• Strong understanding of child and adolescent mental health disorders, alongside proficiency in various therapeutic modalities appropriate for this demographic.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport with children, adolescents, and families.

• User-friendly with electronic health record systems and other technology relevant to patient care.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years post-licensure experience in a clinical setting focused on child and adolescent mental health services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary between USD 100,000 and 120,000, commensurate with experience.
