Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in counseling, clinical psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related field is required. Equivalent experience may also be considered.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California. Note that associates or provisionally licensed candidates are not eligible for this position, as they are not billable through Medicare.

• Strong knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders and familiarity with therapeutic approaches and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Demonstrated experience providing individual and family therapy tailored to young populations.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a compassionate, child-centered approach that builds trust and rapport with clients and families.
