Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will include individuals from various demographic backgrounds seeking support for a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. As a licensed therapist, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through their healing journeys while providing empathy and professional insight.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a mental health professional in California (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC).
\n
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in mental health therapy.
\n
• Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to foster strong therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Familiarity with digital health record systems and telehealth platforms is preferred to facilitate efficient documentation and client management.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in providing therapy to diverse populations and cultural competence in sensitively addressing mental health issues across different community groups.

• Knowledge of additional therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Trauma-Informed Care can be an asset.

Compensation and Benefits\n
