Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Design, implement, and evaluate individualized clinical treatment programs tailored to the specific needs of clients dealing with both acute and chronic mental health issues.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop detailed treatment plans that comply with both state and NCQA regulations, ensuring the highest standard of care.

• Provide psychotherapy sessions via telehealth for individuals, couples, families, and groups, focusing on client empowerment and skill development.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client progress, treatment plans, and case summaries, always prioritizing compliance and ethical standards.

• Assist clients in identifying and accessing necessary resources, referring them to external services as required for comprehensive support.

• Remain adaptable and proactive in managing client crises, participating in an on-call rotation if necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on senior clients who may experience a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, grief, and adjustment issues. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California. Please note that associates-level licenses are not accepted due to billing restrictions.

• Demonstrated proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, to manage documentation efficiently.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients concurrently in a fast-paced telehealth environment.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
