Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to establish mental health diagnoses and develop tailored treatment plans that reflect individual client needs, taking into account their unique developmental stages and family dynamics.

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation for each session, including diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes in compliance with company policies and electronic health record systems.

• Coordinate effectively with case managers, families, medical personnel, and educational staff to facilitate holistic care and ensure that all stakeholders are informed and involved in the treatment process.

• Attend and actively contribute to clinical staff meetings and continuous training sessions, fostering a learning environment while sharing insights and experiences with colleagues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele from the Visalia community and surrounding areas, which may include individuals from various cultural backgrounds, ages, and socioeconomic statuses. Qualifications\n

• Candidates must hold a valid license as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.

• A master’s degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
