Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ mental health needs through detailed interviews, questionnaires, and observational techniques, formulating individualized treatment plans based on these evaluations.

• Provide short-term individual counseling sessions and crisis intervention services for patients experiencing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Facilitate engaging therapy groups and workshops focusing on topics such as coping strategies, emotional regulation, and personal development, helping patients foster community and connection.

• Maintain ongoing collaboration with members of our multidisciplinary team, which includes medical doctors, social workers, and community organizations, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

Qualifications\n
