Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate the unique mental health needs of patients, formulating effective treatment plans tailored to their individual circumstances.

• Deliver short-term individual counseling sessions and crisis intervention services for patients grappling with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment challenges.

• Facilitate therapy groups and workshops focused on personal development, coping strategies, and group support dynamics, enhancing the therapeutic experience.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, primary care providers, and community organizations, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Maintain precise and confidential patient records in accordance with federal and state regulations, ensuring compliance with best practices in mental health documentation.

The counselor will engage with a diverse patient population, including individuals facing significant life changes, those experiencing mental health crises, and multi-cultural clients requiring culturally sensitive approaches. Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related area is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
