Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans, ensuring timely completion of documentation that meets all regulatory standards.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools in collaboration with other clinical team members to provide optimal patient care.

• Engage in the development and implementation of positive behavior support plans in partnership with our interdisciplinary teams.

• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold organizational standards.

• Serve as a liaison to external agencies, community partners, and service systems as required, fostering partnerships to enhance patient access to services.

• Establish and maintain effective communication channels to meet community needs and uphold our organizational mission.

• Identify and pursue new alliances and funding opportunities by connecting with local, state, and federal agencies.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through conferences and training, representing the agency at relevant meetings and task forces.

• Promote the values, philosophy, and principles of our agency through every interaction with patients and stakeholders.

• Assist the Clinic Director with additional responsibilities as assigned.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with adults and adolescents facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. You will utilize your skills to support diverse individuals from various backgrounds, helping them navigate their unique paths towards recovery and improved mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate Degree in a behavioral health discipline is required.

• Current Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) is mandatory.

• Strong ability to maintain clinical records and prepare comprehensive reports.
