Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while still making a significant impact in the lives of others. Our telehealth facility is equipped with advanced technology to facilitate smooth communication and effective therapy sessions. Regular team meetings and case consultations are conducted virtually, fostering a strong sense of collaboration among our diverse team of licensed professionals. Working hours are primarily Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to adjust based on patient needs and availability.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to deliver effective treatment to individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, fostering a community atmosphere while addressing common mental health issues and promoting coping strategies.

• Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to develop comprehensive care strategies and promote holistic patient wellness.

• Provide crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, offering immediate support and crafting safety plans tailored to individual patient needs.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to empower informed decision-making.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to track patient progress effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
