Work Environment\n

This position will be fully remote, allowing for flexibility in your work setting while contributing vital services to the community. Our operational hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts to meet patient needs. You will join a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists, addiction specialists, and other counselors, ensuring that our clients receive integrated and coordinated care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments for individuals seeking treatment for substance use disorders, determining their specific needs and goals.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic interventions, addressing the root causes of addiction.

• Facilitate individual counseling sessions, employing techniques such as motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy to foster client engagement and success.

• Lead group therapy sessions aimed at building community among clients, reducing isolation, and encouraging shared experiences in the recovery process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with clients experiencing substance use disorders, often in conjunction with co-occurring mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, mental health counseling, or psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.

• Strong foundational knowledge of substance use disorders, recovery practices, and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Proven experience in delivering individual and group therapy, particularly within the context of addiction treatment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a non-judgmental, empathetic approach to client interactions.

• Proficient use of electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant computer applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
