Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using telehealth technology, ensuring adherence to ethical and clinical best practices.

• Complete thorough intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor client progress, adjusting interventions as necessary.

• Engage with clients from diverse backgrounds, using culturally sensitive approaches to tailor therapeutic techniques to individual needs.

• Document client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with applicable privacy and healthcare regulations.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care and ensure integration of services, participating in case reviews and team meetings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a varied patient population, including adolescents, adults, and families navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, or a related mental health field.

• Possession of or eligibility to obtain an active California license as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT.

• Demonstrated experience providing therapeutic services, preferably in a telehealth environment.

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster trust with clients.

• A strong commitment to delivering culturally affirming care tailored to the diverse needs of your clients.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
