Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, evidence-based assessments to determine the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in students.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans in collaboration with students, taking into account their unique goals, preferences, and backgrounds.

• Utilize established therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to deliver effective interventions.

• Educate, guide, and support students and their families on mood disorders, exploring treatment options, coping strategies, and self-care practices.

• Continuously monitor and document clients’ progress throughout their treatment journey, adjusting treatment plans whenever necessary to ensure optimal care.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and educational staff to integrate treatment efforts, contributing to a holistic understanding of each student's mental health.

• Stay informed about the latest advancements in mood disorder research and evidence-based practices, actively participating in case consultations and team meetings.

• Ensure meticulous documentation of client interactions, complying with relevant legal and ethical standards to maintain confidentiality.

• Advocate for the mental health needs of students, contributing to de-stigmatization efforts and promoting awareness within the school community.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to USD 130,000 annually, based on your experience and qualifications.
