Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify and address clients' mental health concerns. You will develop tailored treatment plans that reflect your clients' unique objectives and requirements.

• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing a range of validated therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to promote healing, resilience, and personal growth.

• Collaboratively establish and refine therapeutic goals with clients, ensuring their input is integral to the treatment process. You will actively track progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to align with each client's evolving needs.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions for clients who benefit from virtual support or have barriers to in-office visits, thereby extending our outreach and ensuring continuity of care.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctorate degree in a relevant field of mental health is required.

• Annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience and availability of caseload.
