Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, allowing the flexibility required to balance both your professional and personal commitments. You will have the opportunity to connect with clients virtually, utilizing our secure and user-friendly telehealth platform. The position requires availability Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring that you can provide consistent support to your clients and collaborate effectively with your team.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver tailored, evidence-based therapeutic interventions to clients facing diverse challenges—including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions.

• Conduct thorough assessments and create comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families to address specific mental health needs.

• Engage with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure holistic care for all clients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in accordance with ethical guidelines and legal standards, focusing on treatment progress and outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with evidence of continued education in mental health practices.

• A current, active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist in Tennessee.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Brighter Days Therapy, LLC offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually.
