Work Environment\n

This full-time position is entirely remote, offering you the flexibility to manage your work-life balance while effectively supporting your clients. You will operate within a collaborative virtual environment, utilizing innovative telehealth technologies and resources to connect with clients and teams across Tennessee. Your work hours are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing consistent availability for client sessions and team meetings.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to develop individualized treatment plans that address unique relationship dynamics and mental health needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapy services, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and solution-focused approaches.

• Facilitate couples and family therapy sessions, creating a safe and nurturing environment where clients can express themselves and work towards resolution.

• Collaborate closely with clients, their families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to share insights and enhance therapy outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and session notes in compliance with ethical standards and regulations.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and conferences to stay current on best practices in marriage and family therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients navigating relationship challenges, family dynamics, and mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and communication issues. You will work with a diverse client population, comprising individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds, ensuring that each client receives an inclusive and responsive therapeutic experience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• An active LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) license in the state of Tennessee is mandatory.

• Demonstrated proficiency in clinical diagnosis and the application of effective intervention strategies.

• Excellent communication skills, with a strong ability to build rapport and connect with clients on a personal level.

• Experience using telehealth software and platforms to facilitate remote therapy sessions is preferred.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in marriage and family therapy or a related specialty is desired.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 90,000, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision coverage.
