Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments to develop a comprehensive understanding of client needs and backgrounds.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans, regularly reviewing and adapting them to ensure therapeutic effectiveness.

• Provide psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and families using evidence-based interventions tailored to their specific circumstances.

• Engage collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, contributing insights that enhance overall client treatment plans.

• Stay informed of the latest mental health trends and best practices, integrating this knowledge into therapeutic interventions and client care.

• Document all interactions and treatment plans accurately and timely in alignment with organizational policies and HIPAA requirements.

• Offer emotional support and guidance through various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• Must possess a full Clinical Licensure (LMFT) to practice in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
