This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a strong connection with our clients and team. You will be part of a supportive network where teletherapy practices are integrated into our daily operations. Working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a balanced work-life environment that promotes professional well-being.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct structured, outcome-driven therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health care.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate treatment, enhancing the overall care provided to clients.

• Engage in ongoing assessment and evaluation of client progress, adjusting therapeutic interventions as necessary to drive effective outcomes.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of all therapy sessions and client interactions in compliance with state regulations and clinic policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and face a variety of challenges, including relationship issues, depression, anxiety, trauma, and family dynamics. As an LMFT, you will work closely with these clients to develop strategies that empower them to manage their mental health and improve their relationships. Empathy and cultural competency are critical as you provide support to individuals and families navigating difficult life circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active LMFT license in California.

• Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to establish trust and rapport with clients.

• Expertise in clinical evaluation and the ability to implement effective treatment strategies.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing clinical therapy in a community health, clinical, or private practice setting.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and teletherapy platforms is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
