Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to understand clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources to guide treatment planning.

• Provide individual and family therapy, as well as facilitate group sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that set clear therapeutic goals and interventions aimed at enhancing clients' coping strategies and overall mental health.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care for clients, facilitating seamless communication and support within the treatment team.

• Respond to crises by providing immediate intervention, conducting risk assessments, and developing personalized safety plans when necessary.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in alignment with both ethical and legal standards, promoting transparency in client care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
