Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to connect with clients from the comfort of your own home while utilizing digital platforms for therapy sessions. You will work Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., providing a balanced work-life schedule. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their mental health needs.

• Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that align with their specific goals and preferences, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders and therapeutic alternatives while promoting effective self-care practices.
\n
• Continuously monitor and document client progress, adapting treatment strategies as necessary to enhance outcomes.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to ensure integrated care that addresses all aspects of a client's well-being.

• Stay abreast of current research and advancements in the field of mood disorders to enhance therapeutic practices and client interventions.

• Maintain precise and confidential records complying with all legal and ethical standards.

• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development sessions to foster continuous improvement and collaboration.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will focus on providing therapy for individuals, couples, and families experiencing challenges related to divorce, relationship dynamics, and mood disorders. Qualifications\n

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
