Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individualized therapy for clients by conducting thorough assessments to determine suitable treatment plans tailored to the unique dynamics of individuals, couples, and families.

• Utilize therapeutic models such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), emotionally focused therapy (EFT), and other evidence-based modalities to enhance client engagement and therapeutic outcomes.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including social workers and educational professionals, to coordinate care that addresses all aspects of the client's life.

• Conduct regular follow-ups and adjust treatment plans as necessary to continually improve the well-being of your clients.

• Maintain detailed clinical documentation in accordance with agency policies and legal requirements, ensuring records are both organized and confidential.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
