This position is fully remote, allowing you to provide counseling services from anywhere in the state of California. You will be working primarily from the comfort of your home or preferred workspace, interfacing with clients through our secure telehealth platform. The Family Centered Counseling Center promotes a collegial workplace atmosphere where heavily supportive administrative staff complements our therapists' clinical expertise. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will engage with various client demographics, primarily offering therapeutic support in the following capacities:

• Conducting both individual sessions and couple therapy, addressing clients' emotional and psychological needs.
\n
• Facilitating family therapy sessions to mediate conflicts and enhance communication skills among family members.
\n
• Supporting clients experiencing a wide array of issues, including but not limited to: alcohol and substance abuse, grief and loss, trauma from physical or psychological abuse, and navigating the complexities of separation and divorce.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to clients' unique situations and backgrounds.
\n
• Creating and managing treatment plans that outline client goals, intervention strategies, and progress sessions.
\n
• Documenting treatment outcomes and maintaining accurate records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients range from children and adolescents to adults, providing therapy for diverse issues such as internal family conflicts, job stress, health-related anxiety, communication difficulties, and experiences related to blended family structures. By focusing on the needs of the entire family rather than just individual members, you will facilitate transformative changes in each client’s life and within their family dynamics.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Possess a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Hold an active LMFT license in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The Family Centered Counseling Center offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Our total compensation package includes:
