Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Wellness Social Attend Corporation, your primary duties will include:

• Conducting therapy sessions with couples and families, as well as individual sessions when required, to address various relational and psychological issues.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to the needs of each client, ensuring personalized treatment strategies.

• Working collaboratively with other mental health professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans that align with the health goals of each patient.

• Maintaining detailed records of client sessions, treatment progress, and communication with other clinicians as necessary to coordinate care.

• Providing crisis intervention as needed and recommending additional resources or referrals to enhance the support network for clients.

• Helping clients adjust to separation and divorce and addressing related changes.

• Resolving mother-daughter conflicts and other communication challenges within family systems.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidates will possess:

• A valid and active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.
\n
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
