Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental and emotional health through telehealth sessions to gather pertinent information.

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that address individual client needs and goals, ensuring evidence-based practices are prioritized.

• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions for clients of diverse ages, dealing with a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.

• Facilitate couples therapy sessions aimed at enhancing communication skills, resolving conflicts, and fostering intimacy and understanding.

• Regularly review and adjust treatment plans based on client progress and feedback, ensuring responsiveness to their evolving needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans in adherence to HIPAA regulations.

• Engage in case consultations with multidisciplinary teams, collaborating with other health professionals to provide holistic patient care.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Florida.

• Experience working with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, and adults.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage documentation with efficiency and accuracy.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n
