This role is designed to be primarily remote, allowing for flexibility while providing essential therapeutic services. Our work schedule runs Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., enabling a balanced work-life integration. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations to assess mental health diagnoses and developing personalized treatment plans aligned with clients' needs.

• Documenting client interactions thoroughly, including treatment plan reviews and relevant case notes, in accordance with Huckeye Health Recovery Center's policies.

• Maintaining an active caseload of 25-30 client sessions per week, ensuring each interaction demonstrates exceptional customer service and therapeutic skill.

• Utilizing creativity in therapeutic interventions to help clients attain and surpass their mental health goals.
\n
• Coordinating care effectively with case managers, families, schools, and healthcare professionals to provide holistic support during the therapy process.

• Engaging in continuous professional development to enhance your therapeutic skill-set and apply best practices in your work.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our ideal candidate will be comfortable working with a diverse clientele that includes children, adolescents, couples, and families facing a range of mental health issues. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.

Compensation and Benefits\n
