Key Responsibilities\n

• Build and maintain positive therapeutic relationships by establishing trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that cater specifically to the unique circumstances and needs of each client.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, adapting techniques to best serve each client's communication style and therapeutic needs.

• Monitor patient progress through regular follow-up meetings, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive, integrated care and refer clients to specialists when required.

• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinic policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clinician will serve a broad array of clients at varying stages of their mental health journeys, ranging from individuals dealing with anxiety and depression to families navigating relational challenges. Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active State license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required.
