Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available support systems.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Utilize various treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy, to foster client healing and emotional growth.

• Design individualized treatment plans that include clear goals, therapeutic interventions, and progress assessments.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to create and execute comprehensive client-centered treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n
