Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients’ mental health diagnoses and create individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.

• Maintain an active caseload of 25-30 clients each week, providing consistent therapy sessions in various formats, including individual, family, group, and telehealth.

• Document treatment progress comprehensively, including ongoing assessments, treatment plan reviews, and case notes, adhering to company protocols and ensuring quality standards.

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship and collaboratively working towards the fulfillment of treatment goals.

• Utilize creative therapeutic interventions, drawing from various methodologies, to help clients achieve their goals and improve their overall mental health.

• Coordinate care by effectively communicating with case managers, family members, and other relevant parties, ensuring a unified approach to client health interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.
