Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, couple, and family therapy with a focus on developing and implementing treatment plans tailored to client needs and circumstances.

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and inform treatment strategies.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, or solution-focused therapy based on the client's unique situation.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with clinic policies.

• Engage in ongoing supervision and consultation with colleagues to enhance clinical skills and provide the best care possible.

• Collaborate with referral sources and external providers to coordinate care for clients requiring additional support, such as psychiatric evaluations or medication management.

Client Population / Client Focus\n

The successful candidate will primarily work with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. You will engage with clients overcoming various challenges, such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief and loss, and trauma. This role requires sensitivity to the unique cultural and socio-economic factors that shape clients' experiences, ensuring that therapy is accessible and relevant to each individual.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field.

• A valid and unrestricted LMFT license in New York, with no history of disciplinary actions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
