Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Provide high-quality individual, couples, and family therapy services to clients on an outpatient basis, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to their specific needs.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and intake evaluations to identify clients’ relational and mental health issues, collaborating with them to create personalized treatment plans with clear, achievable goals.

• Offer immediate support and crisis intervention strategies to ensure the safety and emotional health of clients and their families during challenging situations.

• Maintain accurate, confidential client records that comply with legal and ethical standards, including progress notes and treatment plans.

• Educate clients on effective communication techniques, conflict resolution strategies, and coping mechanisms to foster relational and emotional growth.

• Engage in regular collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a diverse clientele, including adults and children/adolescents, offering necessary support to those dealing with complex family dynamics, mental health disorders, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New York State.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Brighter Future Psychotherapy Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
