Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients presenting with mood disorders, determining the severity, frequency, and duration of their symptoms.

• Collaborate closely with clients to design and implement tailored treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide education and resources to clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.

• Monitor client progress consistently, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to reflect ongoing developments and challenges.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and integrated care solutions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on assisting individuals facing various mood disorders, including, but not limited to, depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety. Our clientele includes vulnerable populations such as the homeless, refugees, and survivors of domestic violence, all of whom require tailored therapeutic interventions. Qualifications\n

• Current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) .
