Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting initial assessments and developing treatment plans for individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitating therapy sessions for couples, as well as offering individual counseling to each partner.

• Addressing a range of issues affecting families, including but not limited to alcohol/substance abuse, grief and loss, conflicts among family members, and difficulties related to blended families.

• Utilizing therapeutic approaches suited for each unique case, potentially incorporating cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, or other evidence-based methodologies.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and recommend additional resources or interventions when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will provide services to diverse client populations, including adults and children/adolescents dealing with a variety of mental health challenges.
