Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify each client’s mental health challenges, strengths, and support systems.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, tailoring therapeutic techniques to effectively address the diverse needs of clients.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team to develop and monitor client-centered care plans that prioritize holistic outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment to ensure client safety, developing safety plans as needed.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of therapy sessions and client progress in accordance with ethical and legal guidelines.

• Lead psychoeducation classes and support groups, enriching the therapeutic experience and enhancing client skills and resilience.

Our clients include individuals of various backgrounds who may be experiencing mental health issues such as depression, anxiety disorders, trauma, relationship challenges, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
