This role is primarily remote, allowing you to work efficiently from the comfort of your home while still feeling connected to our vibrant team. Our clinic operates on a Monday through Friday schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., ensuring a healthy work-life balance for our professionals. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients experiencing mood disorders, including assessments of symptom intensity, frequency, and duration.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their unique goals, preferences, and needs.

• Utilize cutting-edge evidence-based interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively address mood disorders.

• Provide education and emotional support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and practical self-care strategies.

• Track and monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to optimize therapeutic outcomes.

• Engage in teamwork with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and comprehensive client care.

• Stay informed about the latest research and developments in the treatment of mood disorders to enhance your therapeutic practices.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client documentation according to legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in regular case consultations, team meetings, and opportunities for ongoing professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily support individuals dealing with severe mood disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety. Additional focus will be given to vulnerable populations including homeless individuals, refugees, and survivors of domestic violence. Qualifications\n

• Active and current state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
