Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ trauma histories and mental health needs, using trauma-informed approaches to inform diagnostic decisions and treatment planning.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that highlight recovery milestones, utilizing evidence-based strategies such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, assisting clients in processing their trauma and developing effective coping mechanisms tailored to their unique experiences.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure coordinated and holistic treatment for all clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience is preferred, demonstrating your ability to navigate complex clinical scenarios.

Compensation and Benefits\n
