Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and families to establish tailored therapeutic plans.

• Provide individual and family therapy sessions geared towards addressing the specific needs and challenges identified during assessments.

• Manage administrative tasks including timely completion of billing, documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms.

• Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellness strategies to facilitate stable functioning for patients.

• Create discharge plans ensuring a smooth transition for patients exiting therapeutic services, while equipping them with community resources.

• Adhere to all current federal and state regulations, ensuring compliance with NEHS policies and procedures.
\n
• Engage in professional development and educational training to continuously improve skills and competencies in the mental health field.
\n
• Participate in case consultations and agency meetings to enhance collaborative care and continuous learning.

• Complete all licensure requirements and mandatory training to uphold professional standards and ethical practices.

Qualifications\n
