Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations and initial interviews, documenting case histories from the first consultation through the entirety of the treatment journey.

• Develop personalized treatment and intervention plans tailored to the unique needs of individuals, couples, families, and groups.
\n
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, creating a safe and supportive environment for personal growth.
\n
• Monitor clients' progress throughout their treatment journey, making necessary adjustments to their care plans based on their evolving needs.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of mental health specialists, healthcare providers, and social workers to create cohesive intervention strategies.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation and electronic health records, ensuring compliance with state regulations and ethical standards.
\n
• Educate and support family members and caregivers in managing behavioral health challenges effectively.
\n
• Provide timely follow-up with psychiatrists and other medical personnel for clients needing additional support or hospitalization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will include individuals from diverse backgrounds struggling with a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. You will have the opportunity to work with both adults and adolescents, offering interventions that are culturally sensitive and personally tailored. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Colorado.

• Successful completion of relevant national examinations (NCE and/or NCMHCE) with a passing score.
\n
• Demonstrated experience working as a licensed mental health counselor.
\n
• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems, specifically AVATAR.
\n
• Knowledgeable in treating clients with co-occurring disorders, including substance use issues.
\n
• Familiarity with American Mental Health Counselors Association (AMHCA) best practices.
\n
• Strong communication skills, able to convey complex ideas simply and sensitively.
\n
• Empathetic and personable with a commitment to building rapport with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior work in telehealth or remote counseling settings is highly desirable.

• Experience in leading group therapy sessions.
\n
• Understanding of the impact of pharmacotherapy in mental health treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and licensure, along with an enticing sign-on bonus.
