Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to ascertain clients' mental health needs, identifying underlying issues and defining treatment goals.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that integrate evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing techniques grounded in psychological research to promote healing and behavioral change.

• Collaborate with treating psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to create a cohesive treatment plan that addresses the holistic needs of each client, ensuring the integration of services.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment options, fostering an environment of understanding and involvement in the recovery process.

The clients you will serve include individuals facing various mental health challenges ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Doctor of Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n
