This position allows you to work remotely, leveraging telehealth technologies to reach clients in a convenient and flexible manner. Our practice operates Monday through Saturday, enabling clinicians to create a schedule that suits their personal and professional needs. Through our in-house credentialing system, you will enjoy seamless management of your insurance participation and patient scheduling.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups to establish a comprehensive understanding of their mental health needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

• Engage in regular communication with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive patient care, including participation in patient rounds and documentation of treatment updates.

• Effectively manage a caseload of clients, ensuring timely, ethical completion of all necessary documentation in alignment with department standards.

• Provide case management support by coordinating care with community resources and interventions, allowing clients to navigate their mental health journeys effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a licensed mental health therapist, you will work with a varied client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing diverse mental health challenges. The telehealth model allows for the utilization of diverse communication methods, enabling comfort and efficacy in therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications\n

• Candidates must possess a valid licensure in mental health counseling as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW from the State of Colorado.

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to USD 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
