Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices tailored to the unique needs of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a valued team member, you will work with clients across all age groups, from children to adults, each presenting with varying mental health needs including anxiety, depression, family dynamics, and life transitions. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate and culturally sensitive care aimed at empowering them towards recovery and improved mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Current and unrestricted licensure to practice independently as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

• No limited or provisional licenses, and no history of disciplinary actions against your license will be considered.

• Strong clinical judgment and evaluation skills to inform treatment planning and delivery.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong empathetic presence to build relationships and trust with clients.

• A high level of computer literacy to navigate electronic health records, telehealth platforms, and other clinical documentation systems.
