This full-time position allows for a majority of the work to be conducted remotely, providing flexibility while maintaining strong connections with patients and team members. Our standard work schedule runs from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with potential flexibility to accommodate the varied needs of our patients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to identify the unique experiences and needs of patients, leading to the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions that are tailored to individuals' backgrounds, ensuring that care is holistic and relevant.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, focusing on mental health concerns and working towards a range of outcomes, from improved coping strategies to effective communication within families.

• Engage in collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and social service professionals to offer comprehensive, coordinated care for clients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and access to necessary resources.

• Educate clients and their families on various mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.

• Maintain meticulous documentation that adheres to legal and ethical standards in mental health practice, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Participate in regular case conferences and team meetings to discuss patient progress and collaborative strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• In-depth understanding of mental health disorders, treatment methodologies, and the importance of cultural competence in therapy sessions.

• Proven experience in delivering both individual and group therapy using culturally responsive approaches tailored to clients’ needs.

• Strength in crisis intervention and the ability to effectively manage high-stress situations.
