Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that take into account each patient's unique cultural background and personal experiences, thereby developing customized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individual needs through modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions to help clients address mental health concerns and reinforce resilience.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide comprehensive patient care and ensure that all aspects of treatment are coordinated.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support during emergencies, employing effective de-escalation techniques to assist clients in distress.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources that can assist their recovery journey.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards, while utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient case management.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required.

• A current, valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Texas is mandatory.

• A strong foundation in evidence-based treatment approaches and mental health disorders, coupled with demonstrated cultural competence in therapy.

• Experience in delivering both individual and group therapy while adapting methods to meet the cultural needs of clients.

• Exceptional crisis intervention skills with a capacity to remain calm and effective in challenging situations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
