Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop personalized treatment plans for clients by integrating standard practice guidelines for a range of diagnoses, ensuring that each plan meets individual needs and therapeutic goals.

• Provide therapy and supportive counseling using established therapeutic models, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and behavior modification techniques, during one-on-one and group sessions.

• Oversee and provide clinical supervision to Mental Health Workers and therapy assistants, guiding them in their practice and promoting their professional development.
\n
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care plans across various systems, ensuring holistic treatment for clients.
\n
• Assess and respond effectively to crisis situations, providing immediate care and support, and determining appropriate follow-up services.
\n
• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify client needs, formulate diagnoses in accordance with DSM-5 standards, and develop tailored treatment strategies.

• Deliver training and continuous education on clinical topics to team members and the wider community as needs arise, promoting ongoing learning and awareness.

• Utilize electronic medical records efficiently to document client progress and treatment outcomes, maintaining meticulous records to support effective patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients within the outpatient setting, with a specific emphasis on supporting mothers and individuals from marginalized populations. By understanding the socioeconomic determinants of health, you will actively contribute to improving mental health outcomes for these communities. You will employ a compassionate approach, ensuring that each client feels heard and valued throughout their treatment journey.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited program (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD).

• An independently recognized license in the state of Oregon (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC).

• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage a high caseload while providing quality care.

• Solid understanding of co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders to address comprehensive client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n
